They are known not only as a musical duet, but also a happy family that has lived together for more than a dozen years. Several times rumors of divorce appeared in the press, but the couple continued their life together and increased the amount of housing.
Moscow apartment
In the very center of the capital is their apartment with a total area of more than 200 square meters. After buying a home, the stars completely changed the internal layout and arranged to their taste. It got to the point that during the repair they opened the floor and laid a new one. As a result, the apartment was divided into the "male" part - the second floor - and the "female" - the first. They are connected by a huge staircase, decorated with bricks, chrome-plated with wooden inserts.
Varum possessions include:

In addition, there is access to the roof, which offers panoramic views of the capital. A huge pool table weighing about 3 tons is installed in the men's room. There is a smoking room with sofas, a bar, a room with antique furniture: a piano and a table.

Housing is furnished in the Art Nouveau style, but has classic elements. All this is done based on your taste, without the help of designers. During the repair, environmentally friendly materials were used. Wooden furniture predominates. Especially the musicians took care of noise isolation so as not to disturb the neighbors. Although even the residents themselves do not hear each other.
House for the anniversary
On the 50th anniversary of Angelica, Leonid presented her with a gift: a country house. At first it was planned as a small cozy summer house, but quickly grew into a large residence. In the course of work, many plans have undergone changes. So, instead of a two-level living room, two separate rooms turned out.
Impressive is not only the housing itself, but also the local area. There is an orchard, a pond, several gazebos with a brazier and a guest house.
Agutin himself engaged in the arrangement with the help of his father. Classic style with neutral colors predominates:

- brown;
- peach.
The house has many handmade items, paintings adorn the walls, and fresh flowers are in every room. The rooms are large, filled with light and air.
On the ground floor, the layout is in the form of a studio: the living room, dining room and kitchen represent a single space. There is also a play area. Interestingly, the kitchen is small. Stars explain this by the fact that you need to relax in the country. Therefore, they prefer to order food from restaurants or regular pizza. On the second floor there are bedrooms of tenants, several bathrooms and guest rooms.
A piano is installed in the living room, on which the couple composes new music and performs songs in the evenings. Numerous family friends gather here: these are Russian pop stars and ordinary people. Musicians say that meeting with friends is always a joy for them.
Outside Russia
Many wealthy people own real estate in other countries. And businessmen, and actors, and musicians are attracted by warm resorts. A pair of Agutin and Varum are no exception. In Miami, they have their own real estate for several years. The choice of the region is explained by the fact that their daughter lives here under the supervision of grandmother and grandfather on the part of Angelica. Parents were brought there by health problems and the favorable climate of Miami, which favorably affects their well-being.
The family had been relaxing at the resort for more than ten years in a row. Usually they rented a house on the beach until they decided to buy their own. They didn’t want to search for housing every time, but to be able to come to their own nest and arrange to their liking.
Angelica also owns two high-rise apartments in a prestigious area, Leonid - one. True, this confuses the neighbors: why does the head of the family live in a separate apartment?
Inside the house there are:

As in other apartments, classic dominates in these. Basic tones - beige, brown, sand. The design is complemented by a large terrace with ocean views.
Many Russian celebrities also own real estate in the Russian Quarter. Thanks to this, Agutin and Varum regularly arrange friendly gatherings at which Igor Krutoy and his wife, Kristina Orbakaite, Philip Kirkorov and others gather.
