Svetlana Permyakova is an actress, a former member of KVN, who is also known for her role as a nurse in the TV series Interns. By the age of 40, she had arranged not only her personal life, but also acquired her own real estate. Svetlana Permyakova’s apartment is comfortable and spacious, but she tries to spend most of the time in a chic country house.
Apartments in Moscow and Lyubertsy
Svetlana Permyakova came to Moscow from Perm only in 2005, and at a fairly mature age - to 33 years. Previously, she worked in the Perm Drama Theater and Youth Theater, having previously received an acting education. At first, Svetlana lived in odnushka - a small apartment of 36 square meters. Only after the birth of a daughter did she and her common-law husband think about moving, and in 2013, the actress bought another apartment in the Moscow Region, in Lyubertsy.
Three-room housing in a new building with three balconies was equipped in accordance with the wishes of the actress. The room is decorated in pink colors, decorated with cartoon characters, and the play area has a small children's pool and sun loungers. Svetlana bought this apartment on a mortgage for a period of 15 years, but she hopes to pay off the debt earlier.
House outside the city in the suburbs
In addition to a beautiful apartment, Permyakova recently acquired a house in the suburbs of Moscow, in which her new man helped her. Country housing is located in an ecologically clean area, where there is no fuss, life is quiet and measured, a lot of air and sun.
The two-story cottage is made in a classic English style, has large windows and outdoor lighting around the perimeter. Distinctive features of the house are:

- a metal roof of a standard form.
The plot boasts an abundance of greenery, a small park in front of the house, fruit trees. Also on the territory there is a guest house serving for household needs. Vegetables and greens grow in the garden, and Permyakova is engaged in the beds herself or with her daughter. As for the interior decoration of the house, the star of “Interns” does not advertise this information. Surely she designed her home with taste and soul, as evidenced by her Lyubertsy property.
