Lev Leshchenko is a pop star, a famous singer, producer and songwriter. Successfully developed not only his creative career, but also his personal life. Years of hard work allowed the celebrity and his legal wife Irina to acquire real estate in Sochi and Moscow. But the couple prefers to live in their own house outside the city. Country house Leo Leshchenko
Previously, the family lived in the village of Krekshino, but the territory adjacent to the house seemed too small for them, so Leo and Irina looked for a new summer cottage, spread out on the banks of the Klyazma River, not far from Moscow. This is an amazing place with beautiful scenery, fresh air and a relaxed atmosphere.
On the acquired plot near Moscow there was an unfinished cottage requiring major repairs. It turned out that the cottage was unsuitable for living: in the winter, snow was accumulating on the roof of an irregular shape, and thin walls quickly froze.
The mansion was erected according to the project of an Iranian architect engaged in the construction of chic houses for eastern sheikhs. But the designed building was not adapted for the Russian climate.
It took the national artist four years to bring the house in proper condition. I had to glaze the terrace, redo the roof, redo all engineering networks and communications.
Home decoration
The interior decoration of an aristocratic mansion combines three styles at once: classic, Empire style and Provence. Irina was mainly engaged in construction and design, almost everything that can be seen in the house was created by her hands. The head of the family also participated in the arrangement of the apartments: he took over the design of the bar, cabinet and billiard room.
The implementation of the ideas of the family was facilitated by their familiar designer, who suggested where it is better to order furniture and materials for construction, as well as gave some professional decoration tips.
The house has several spacious rooms with high ceilings, in which every detail is thought out:
- Billiard room in a classic style. In addition to the pool table, there is a large cupboard for storing books, souvenirs, awards, photographs.
- Lounge equipped with a comfortable sofa, soft poufs, a hookah and a carpet. The interior design has oriental notes.
- The kitchen, which houses a cream set with built-in appliances in the style of Provence and a large table where the family loves to arrange gala dinners.
The cottage adjoins a large area with well-groomed green lawns, a variety of vegetation, arches, pergolas. More recently, a new building appeared in the courtyard - a gazebo.
Gazebo for relaxation
Lev Valerianovich became the hero of the program "Perfect Repair". The program specialists took up the fulfillment of the unrealized dream of the beloved artist, namely, the device of a cozy warm arbor.The pop star has a lot of friends with whom he likes to gather for gatherings with songs and barbecue.
The “Perfect Repair” team turned the creation of a warmed gazebo into the construction of a whole mini-house that can function at any time of the year. The room, according to the architects, consists of two parts: a closed winter space with solid glazing and an open terrace with an Italian pergola entwined with artificial grape garlands.
Despite the large glazing area, the room is warm and comfortable even in winter. The heated gazebo is equipped with a “warm floor” system, and heat is maintained due to window structures represented by sliding panoramic doors with an energy-saving double-glazed window.
Professionals from scratch erected the foundation and frame of the building. The landlord prefers natural materials, so the gazebo for him was built from a wooden beam using glueless vertical fastening technology. The master’s boards were treated with open fire, which allows to show the texture of the tree and make it invulnerable from external factors. The bar was covered with protective oil on top.
The theme of the interior was east. There appeared floor tiles resembling an oriental rug, a brick barbecue with a stove for a cauldron from professional stove-makers, and handmade ceramic dishes with oriental ornaments.
The floor and apron above the countertop are decorated with English tiles in Victorian traditions. For the floor, the material selected is pastel tones with a matte surface, and the finish of the apron is glossy and bright.
Linen light gray textile for windows looks harmoniously against the background of wicker furniture made of eco-rattan and a beige stove interspersed with gray-brown quartz. The freshness of the room is added by artificial plants in ceramic flowerpots: bonsai elm and a botanical copy of sedge. The ceiling is equipped with lights with adjustable lighting.
But the main decoration here is a view of the luxurious forest area that opens from the windows. That is why panoramic glazing was chosen for the house.
The forces invested by the owners in the construction of the mansion fully justify themselves. This house has become a comfortable holiday destination for the owners and their guests. And now, thanks to the TV program, a wonderful corner has appeared here, where you can get together in a big company and arrange friendly conversations under the cozy crack of flaring logs.
