Marat Basharov is an actor and TV presenter, winner of numerous awards and honored artist of Tatarstan. Despite the difficulties in his personal life and the discussion of unpleasant details in the press, the native Muscovite with Tatar roots did not lose his popularity, and the viewer is still interested to know where he lives.

Basharov was born and raised in Moscow. The artist throughout his life more than once changed his place of residence, while always staying at the capital's housing. An apartment in a new building in the Tatyanin Park residential complex in the Novomoskovsk district of Moscow, as the TV presenter recognized, was the first real estate he received.
Apartments are 70 square meters. m combined three small apartments with a rough finish. In 2017, the specialists in the Ideal Repair program took care of arranging the living room, kitchen and toilet for the guests. The same designers “conjured” the rest of the rooms, however, all the work was done by builders invited from the outside.
Marat planned to move to a new apartment with his wife Lisa and son Marcel. Despite the grandiose plans, the couple broke up at the beginning of 2019, so Basharov will have to live in designer apartments with three bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a spacious corridor and an office.

Classic style interior
The design of the premises in the apartment was done by designer Victoria Kolesnikova. She gave the idea to use classic style and pastel colors. The starting point from which the star artist’s housing design went was peonies - the favorite flowers of his ex-wife Lisa. Frescoes with these delicate buds decorated the living room. Textured plaster helped highlight the beauty of the flowers.
The kitchen is made exclusively in bright colors. The ivory facades are made by a domestic company. The room is fully equipped with the latest technology, the “smart home” system allows you to control all devices remotely.
There is no partition between the kitchen and the living room. The dining room has a massive table and chairs with velvet upholstery for 6 people. In the recreation area there is a large sofa the color of a dusty rose, on the contrary - a large TV on a light stand made of solid wood.
The bedroom has a large double bed with a high headboard. Small bedside tables and a corner cupboard are almost invisible. All attention is drawn to the wrought-iron chandelier made of copper-colored metal.
The kids room is bright and airy. It has everything you need so that the child feels comfortable and can not only play and hang on the rope, but also relax.
The bathroom is decorated in vintage style. The tiles laid out in the room are combined with the entrance hall.

The apartment is not the only housing of Basharov. He owns a house in the village of Solntsevo near Moscow. Large structure of 300 square meters. m artist calls a summer house. The owner does not like to advertise his personal life and let strangers into the house, so you can see pictures of the suburban cottage only on the photo of Lisa, which she posted on the Internet.
On the site is not only a house on 2 floors, but also a spacious garage for several cars. At a small distance there is a children's playground, and in the depths of the plot - a guest cottage and a small pond.
The house is not so elegantly furnished as the capital's apartment, but it has everything necessary for a comfortable stay of Marat and his family members. The kitchen cannot be called unusual, but at the same time it has an undeniable advantage - one of the doors leads to the summer kitchen, where you can fry meat in the open air, which the artist regularly does on his own. In the center of the kitchen area there is a large table with a glass top.

Marat Basharov is an interesting and talented person, he does not go off television screens, plays in the theater and cinema, conducts entertaining shows. The acquisition of the long-awaited apartment in Moscow was accompanied by strong unrest of the artist, because he had not owned capital apartments before. All rooms are tastefully decorated, the hand of a talented designer is visible. Marat’s house looks much more modest than an apartment, but is not without comfort and coziness.
