The project of the house was provided by an architect from St. Petersburg Andrei Yuyukin, but the family made some changes to it.

Manor Porechenkova was erected and finished in 2 years. It is literally lost among the fir trees, nearby is the beautiful lake Aleshkin Pond. The shores of the reservoir are landscaped for recreation, there are beach areas and playgrounds. The first floor of the Porechenkov mansion is occupied by the dining room, kitchen and living room, on the second there are the bedrooms of the residents.

Kitchen

In this room, the hostess is the wife of Mikhail Porechenkov - she owns all the secrets of cooking and cooks very well. As in the whole house, the walls here are timbered, and the ceiling is snow-white, giving the room airiness and lightness. The kitchen unit is also white, like the panel under the TV. Household appliances in the kitchen of the Porechenkovs are the most functional and high-quality, stainless steel, although modest in appearance. Interesting figurines, wooden watches, volumetric glass jars act as accents.

Dining and lounge Porechenkova

The dining room in the house is incredibly bright, has several huge windows covered with light white tulle.In the evenings, the whole family gathers at a large table with carved chairs, where 25 people can be seated without difficulty. There are a lot of greenery in the Porechenkov’s dining room, there are framed paintings in the classical style, a crystal chandelier and even a large samovar.

The living room in the house of Mikhail Porechenkov borders the kitchen and is divided only visually. The vaulted ceiling is decorated with exposed beams made of natural light wood. The furniture in the living room is practical but elegant. The soft corner is represented by three brown-beige sofas and a chess table. Beige drapes close large windows through which a magnificent view of the courtyard and the forest opens. A lamp with an olive lampshade, soft carpet on the floor, framed paintings, milk and brown sofa cushions, glass floor vases give the living room even more sincerity and coziness. There is also a place and a fireplace, where the Porechenkov family and their guests gather on long winter evenings.

Cabinet

Porechenkov’s office retains a common style - Russian with elements of modernity. The central place is reserved for a huge wooden cabinet with glass facades, where books, magazines, documents and scripts are stored. The decor is a large window with heavy chocolate drapes. Also in the office there is a huge table with soft olive armchairs, a sofa for relaxing, a classic chandelier with gilding.

Children's and parents' bedroom

Younger children sleep on a light wooden bunk bed, which is located against the wall with original floral decoration. The nurseries have laconic furniture, modest soft chairs, large floor lamps and designer panels with a natural theme. The adult bedroom is also furnished with carved wood furniture, wooden lamps and soft, delicate textiles. There are always flowers and living plants in the rooms, and an incredible panorama opens from the window - a pine forest.

Furniture and decor

Most of the furniture was bought by Porechenkov in the salon of Stepan Mikhalkov in Moscow, and the other was brought from Belgium (brand Flamant Concept Store). The Porechenkovs also purchased finishing materials and decor in Moscow in accordance with the recommendations of the decorator and the choice of the artist’s wife.

Overseas property

Porechenkov owns a two-story villa in Spain, which he bought back in 2011 on credit for 25 years. As it turned out, a house on the Mediterranean coast is cheaper than a cottage in Moscow, so the purchase has become quite profitable (payment was not more than 500 euros per month). The villa is located in the province of Alicante, in the town of Torrevieja, where many Russians buy real estate. The house has several bedrooms, a swimming pool, beautiful terraces with sea views. The Porechenkov family enjoys relaxing in their foreign house several times a year.
