Large Mikhalkov country house in the village of Nikolina Gora on Rublevsky highway with an area of ​​554 square meters. m was built on the site of an old dilapidated estate that belonged to the ancestors of the artist. Since about the 20s of the 20th century, Nikolina Gora has become a place of residence for cultural figures, scientists and nobles: Prokofiev, Veresaev, Kapitsa, Semashko, Mikhalkovs.
