It turns out that Vladimir Alexandrovich long ago settled in a spacious cottage in an elite village, and also has a number of other houses and apartments.
House of Vladimir Zelensky
For more than ten years, Zelensky has preferred silence and proximity to nature to the hectic city. He and his family live in the premium village "Estate" in the village of Ivankovichi, located in the Vasilyevsky district of the Kiev region, thirty kilometers from Kiev. The area of the house is 353.5 square meters, the plot is 12 acres. The approximate cost of such houses without repair is about 20–35 million rubles.
Zelensky’s house is located in an environmentally friendly and very picturesque area, surrounded by coniferous forest and birch grove. All houses in the village are decorated in the style of the Mediterranean, landscape gardening is done on the plots. On the territory of the village there is a kindergarten, a school, a service station and a car wash. There are many sports and playgrounds, all under 24-hour security. For residents, even their own lake is equipped, where fish are constantly launched.
The house itself is surrounded by a thuja hedge, has a beautiful summer terrace. Two cars are located nearby, but not in the garage, but under a canopy. The president’s mansion is two-story with original stained-glass windows. The building has three bathrooms, a kitchen-dining room, a living room, several bedrooms and offices.
For the design of the kitchen and dining room applied natural materials. Dark wood cabinets with artificially aged metal handles are “diluted” with a bright two-tone kitchen apron. The walls and ceiling are made in warm milky-beige tones, which visually enlarges the room. On the ceiling there are false beams that go well with the headset.
The interior of the bedroom is also quite bright. Above the large bed is a massive bookshelf with classic and modern literature. To give comfort on the bedspread is a large teddy bear. The living room furniture is pretty bright, as are the walls. Bright spots here are a vase with sunflowers, a decorative panel on the wall and a mustard-colored floor. The house has a gym where the whole family keeps fit and improves health.

Where do the parents of Vladimir Zelensky live
The father of the president of Ukraine, Alexander Semenovich, as well as his mother, Rimma Vladimirovna, live in Krivoy Rog, although the son has long been offering them to move to Kiev. Parents of Vladimir Zelensky are accustomed to their four-room apartment in an ordinary panel high-rise building and are in no hurry to leave it. As neighbors and journalists say, there is no expensive repair in the apartment, but “Quarter” posters hang everywhere. Perhaps in the future they will also settle in Zelensky’s big house to help with their grandchildren and be closer to their beloved son.
