Material Purpose
The BT-177 silver enamel is a suspension in consistency, it includes bitumen-based varnish and aluminum powder. Serebryanka is best used for metal - paint helps prevent rust on the surface. Application of the product is also possible on products made of other materials - wood, plastic, concrete.
The tool is widely used for exterior and interior use. It has excellent refractory properties, therefore it is used for coating furnaces, boilers, other products and structures made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, which have to be operated at elevated temperatures. Due to the presence of aluminum, paint cannot be used in children's rooms, hospitals and other rooms, which have high safety requirements.

The tool is prepared according to GOST 5631-79. Each batch passes the certification procedure and receives the necessary certificates of conformity and quality certificates. The certificate indicates the percentage of components. The paint has a peculiarity - the composition is prepared immediately before pouring from aluminum powder (15 - 20%) and bitumen varnish (80 - 85%), it is sold in the form of two components (powder and varnish separately).In production, finely divided PAP-2 powder or larger PAP-1 powder is used.

Before applying the material, it is important to properly prepare the surface of the products. Metal surfaces should be cleaned of enamels and other old coatings, for this you can use special washes. Then the base is putty and primed, if necessary.
to contents ↑Before painting, the remains of scale, rust, any dirt, oil stains, grease should be removed from the surface. To clean the base, you can use sandpaper, sandblasting machines and other methods.
Mode of application
Before using the paint, the composition must be thoroughly mixed. Next, the working viscosity is checked, if necessary, solvents are added (it is best to dilute the thickened paint with solvent). The amount of solvent is not more than 1: 1 by weight.
Before applying make sure that the surface is completely dry. The methods of pneumatic spraying, applying with a roller, brush are applied. The number of layers - 1 - 2, no more. It is important to consider the recommended temperature, humidity not more than 80%. The temperature of the base itself should be at least +15 degrees.

Storage and transportation
The guaranteed shelf life is six months (the powder is stored longer - a year, and bitumen varnish separately - only 6 months). Transportation is carried out at a temperature of -30 ... + 30 degrees in covered transport. After freezing, the product must be thawed during the day at room temperature.
Safety regulations
Serebryanka is not dangerous in explosions, but it is fire hazard, since there is a combustible component in the composition. During storage, it must be placed away from sources of heat, fire, sunlight, the container must be tightly closed. During operation, rubber gloves should be worn and respiratory protection must be provided. Work indoors is carried out only with good ventilation. Air the room after finishing work.
Aluminum can cause oncology and chronic diseases, therefore, paint should not be allowed to come into contact with dishes or products. The remains of the material must not be buried, disposed of with household waste, or poured into the sewer: they are disposed of in accordance with the rules for the removal of construction waste.
