Paint and varnish material XC-759 is widely used in production, in the chemical industry, for painting cars, tanks, equipment. Enamel can be used for processing pipelines, machine tools in hazardous industries, in mechanical engineering, shipbuilding.
The product is effective for protecting surfaces from gasoline and other petrochemicals, salt solutions, gases (ammonia, carbon dioxide), moisture. Properties allow you to make a coating resistant to alkaline environments. The most effective is the creation of a multilayer coating of HS-759 enamel, HS-059 primer, HS-724 varnish.
The composition of this tool contains such components:
- vinyl acetate;
- vinyl chloride copolymers;
- plasticizing additives;
- solvents;
- epoxy resins;
- dyes to give color.
The product is available in two-pack form: in one container the basic composition is presented, in the other - hardener. The main shades available are black, blue, red, cyan, green, brown. - resistance to action of 25% solution of sulfuric, nitric acid, alkalis - 12 hours, to hydrochloric acid - 8 hours at a temperature of +60 degrees.
As a solvent, the use of toluene, xylene, solvent or a mixture thereof is permissible; the amount of solvent is up to 20%. The film dries up within an hour to the third degree at a temperature of +20 degrees, during the day - until the final drying.

Pros and cons of enamel
The benefits of using the tool are many. The composition is economical in price, easy to use, dries quickly. Enamel has excellent adhesion to the surface, gives a beautiful coating. Among the minuses can be called harm to the respiratory tract and skin, so the operation is possible only with the observance of precautions.
Application Procedure
To prepare the surface, it is important to clean the metal from rust, dirt, grease, degrease using white spirit, Xylene. Next, you need to prepare the material: according to the instructions, connect the base and hardener.
The most popular coloring scheme:
- primer HS-059 - 1 - 2 layers;
- HS-759 enamel - 2 - 4 layers;
- HS-724 varnish - 1 - 2 layers.

Transportation and storage
The guaranteed storage period is six months from the date of production. Store enamel at a temperature of -30 ... + 30 degrees without access to heat, sun, moisture. Enamel can be transported by any means of transport, but observing the indicated temperature range.
Precautionary measures
You need to work with the product with gloves and respirators. There should be no sources of fire in the vicinity, as the enamel is flammable. The room must have good ventilation or staining should be done in open areas.
If material comes into contact with the skin, wash it with soap and water. It is strictly forbidden to get paint into the digestive tract, otherwise gastric lavage is performed, and then symptomatic treatment is prescribed.
