The first microglass bead production line launched near Bryansk
In the small village of Bytosh, located in the Bryansk region, a new enterprise for the production of microglass balls began work.
The investor was the company "Microsphere", which managed to establish itself in the market of technical glass products. The new production was located on the premises of the shops of the glass factory that went bankrupt in 2011. The area of the fully equipped production site amounted to about 1.5 thousand square meters. m
The manufactured material acts as a reflective component of the road marking paint. The size of the balls is very small, the diameter of one product does not exceed 900 microns.
On October 8, the first production line was launched, which was operating as planned. The total staff today has 35 employees. In the near future, it is planned to launch the second stage, which will increase the staff by 40 people.
According to the head of the enterprise, Yuri Gorodnichy, due to toughening requirements to ensure road safety and marking quality, the need for special reflective paint, including microglass balls, is also increasing. Accordingly, there should not be problems with orders. The CEO of the organization hopes that ahead of the team is waiting for only growth and steady development.
