The solution for porous surfaces is most often made on a water basis, which makes it possible to use it in rooms of any purpose.
At room temperature, the soil dries completely in a few hours and creates a thin invisible film on the treated surface. Some grades of soil for smooth surfaces are able to stop the process of metal rusting, so they are used to process welded iron floors in warehouses and industrial premises.
